Delta Phi Epsilon (DPhiE)
Delta Phi Epsilon is an international social sorority redefining sisterhood. In 1917, five women at New York University School of Law couldn鈥檛 find an inclusive organization that would accept them.听So they started their own. Dorothy, Ida, Minna, Eva, and Sylvia (affectionately the DIMES) founded Delta Phi Epsilon with the purpose of being accepting of all races and religions 鈥 one of the first non-sectarian social sororities to do so.听Through tradition, innovation and opportunities for growth, members are a force for positive change in their communities and the world. DPhiE鈥檚 global sisterhood transcends boundaries and goes beyond friendship, sharing a commitment to growth, inclusivity, and making a lasting impact.

Creed
We believe sisterhood is a promise for life, chosen with intention and lived with purpose.
Guided by Justice, Sisterhood, and Love, we choose to be rather than to seem to be, letting our actions reflect our values.
We honor our Ritual as the heart of our bond, connecting generations through shared meaning and trust.
As our lives change, our sisterhood endures. What we give may evolve, yet our commitment remains.
We grow in self, in knowledge, and in service, thinking beyond ourselves for the common good.
As Sisters, we hold one another to the highest standards.
This is our honor. This is our responsibility. This is our tradition.
This is Sisterhood for a Lifetime. This is Delta Phi Epsilon.
