We鈥檙e excited to welcome you to campus for the upcoming school year! With听move-in听approaching quickly, we want to share the schedule and provide an overview of what to expect from the听move-in听process.

Please read the move-in schedule carefully. Every move in date does not have the same check-in

Move-In Schedule

Sunday, August 16th

Student Athlete听Move-In听(All Freshmen, Returning, and Transfer Student-Athletes)
Time:听9:00 AM 鈥� 3:00 PM鈥�
鈫� Check in听at the Morris University Center

Thursday, August 20th

New Student听Move-In听(Freshmen & Transfer Students)
鈥═ime:听9:00 AM 鈥� 3:00 PM

Friday, August 21st

鈥≧eturning Student听Move-In听(Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors)
Time:听9:00 AM 鈥� 3:00 PM
鈥ㄢ啋 Go directly to your assigned building and check in听with your RA

Saturday, August 22nd & Sunday, August 23rd

Time:听11:00 AM 鈥� 3:00 PM鈥�
鈫� Go to your building and check in听with your RA鈥�
鈫捥鼸mail听housing2@shawnee.edu听if you plan to arrive late

Move-In Time Slots

All students are required to schedule a听move-in appointment through the听Housing tab on . Please plan to arrive and check in听during your selected time slot to help us ensure a smooth and organized听move-in听process.

What to Do When You Arrive on Campus

(Student Athlete & New Student Move-In)

When you arrive, head to the upper parking lot of the Morris University Center (MUC). Look for campus signage to guide you鈥攖his area is marked on the map below (yellow-bordered section).
Once parked:

1. Enter the Morris University Center (MUC) lower lobby to check in.
2. There will be three check-in tables organized by last name:
   • 础鈥揑
   • 闯鈥揜
   • 厂鈥揨
3. Staff at the tables will check you in, confirm your housing assignment, and provide next steps.

How to Check Your Room Assignment

1. Log in to
2. Click on the 鈥淗ousing鈥� tab
3. Look for Roommate and Housemate Details- Autumn 2026

You鈥檒l see a section labeled 鈥淩esident Information for Autumn 2026鈥� with your current housing assignment details (e.g., building, apartment, and room number).听

What if I am not Registered?

• If you are not registered for courses, we will not allow you to move into your housing placement.
• The Student Success Center will be available for residents to register during New, and Returner move-in dates if you have not registered by that time.
